👋 Welcome to AI Central,
Big news in shopping: last month Walmart said AI assistants will be able to shop for you, with spending limits and approvals you set.
That's where AI is heading. It's moving from answering questions to doing things for you.
So today is about what to hand over, with one simple rule: if you can undo it in a minute, let AI do it.
Your turn: what's one job you'd happily let AI do without checking with you? Hit reply. I'll share the best answers on Sunday.
It's all below 👇
Big hug and love you ❤️

What most people type:
"Go through my inbox and deal with whatever needs doing."
"Deal with" covers sending, deleting and paying, and an open instruction like this is exactly where an instruction hidden in an email can slip in.
What to type instead:
Here's a job I want help with: [job]. Before you do anything, list every action it involves. Mark each one READ (only looks), DRAFT (prepares something I'll review) or ACT (sends, publishes, pays, deletes, or changes something someone else relies on). Do the READ and DRAFT steps now. For every ACT step, stop, show me exactly what you'd do, and wait for my yes.
Actions listed first: you see the whole job before anything happens
3 labels: they map straight onto today's rule
Stop at ACT: the checkpoint is written into the instruction, not left to its judgement
If a step touches something with no copy anywhere, make the copy first.
📓 What AI can do without asking you
Inside this guide you will learn:
Section | What you can do by the end |
|---|---|
27.1 A tool is what turns advice into action | Name the 4 tools it already has, and spot the one that acts as you |
27.2 The demonstration is real, and your Tuesday is different | Pick work by what one failure costs, not by how clever the task sounds |
27.3 A wrong answer you can catch, a wrong action has already happened | Apply one rule that decides what runs without asking you first |
27.4 The page it reads can give it instructions too | Keep the 3 ingredients apart, so a hostile page has nothing to work with |
You'll need: your assistant, and at least one connection you made in Chapter 26. If you turned nothing on, read this one first - it's the chapter that tells you what you'd be agreeing to.
